Hi, I’m Sofie 👋
I teach women to lose 2.5 - 5 kg of fat/month without any prohibitions or starvation diets & thus succeed in reaching their dream weight once and for all!
I have a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Gothenburg and am a licensed dietitian and Finnish-registered nutrition therapist, personal trainer, and founder of Dietistkliniken.
My career as a dietitian began in Mariehamn as a community dietitian. I then continued as a clinical dietitian at the dietitian clinic at Åland’s Health and Medical Care.
For over 10 years, I have helped clients achieve healthy and sustainable weight loss by eating their way to top form and taking control of their health for life. The goal of any weight loss should be to lose fat, NOT muscle mass. I don’t teach "quick fix" methods—everything is based on science and proven experience.
I personally gained & then lost between 25-30 kg during each pregnancy. I’m a mother of four wonderful boys: Milton, Vincent, Zander, and Lexus. I have both the knowledge and experience of how weight loss works.
